Can you make gluten-free and vegan desserts?

We do have gluten-free and vegan dessert options available upon request.

We are currently working on a gluten-free Pastry dough, coming soon!

How do you make your dough?

Our Pastry Chef Alex makes TWO different types of pastry dough for Judy Gurnee Catering - Laminated Dough, made with yeast and proofed & Puff Pastry Dough, made with only layers of flour and butter and no yeast.

Both are made entirely from scratch & rolled by hand using the traditional pastry-making method of Tours.

Our Laminated Dough is proofed at the lowest temperature & longer in order to keep all that delicious butter in those light layers of pastry!

Can I order Bakery Boxes for larger amounts and/or for catering?

Yes! We would love to cater any of our dessert, pastry or Petit four options and ideas for your event or party.

We have several special, customized menu options available for Birthday parties, Special Events, and/or private Anniversaries or Celebrations.
